Additional features like order taking, billing, and other basic functions can be performed without interruption using offline mode.

Maintaining uninterrupted service for customers in restaurants requires an offline mode capability. It will -

Allow you to prevent downtime from any Internet outage

Support the continuous processing of orders and billing

Avoid losing sales during peak business times due to Internet connectivity problems

Provide a level of customer service for your business, even after having technical difficulties with your network

Safeguard transaction data until it can be synchronized.

When you experience an interruption in your internet connectivity, your POS system automatically goes into an offline state. This means that orders, payments, and transactions are recorded and saved to the local device rather than being processed immediately through the cloud. Upon reestablishing your internet service, all of those locally stored records will be synced back to your company's database, enabling your reports, inventory, and sales records to be updated.
