It serves as the preparation station that completes all beverage orders as requested by the guest.</p><h2>This is the manner in which the bar process is performed:</h2><ul><li>A guest drinks a cocktail at the bar or asks their server for a mixed drink order.</li><li>Orders are entered into the <a href="https://plumpos.com/">POS system</a>. </li><li>Bartenders take and mix their drinks. </li><li>They serve them to visitors directly or hand them to a server. </li><li>Payments are recorded by the POS system.</li></ul><p>For many restaurants, the bar also has the job of serving up drinks for takeout customers and during parties.</p>
