All staff can view the features relevant to their role. This will reduce any confusion they may face in their day-to-day work.</p><p>It is used to protect sensitive business information. All cash data and <a href="https://plumpos.com/glossary/real-time-reports.html">real-time reports</a> are not accessible to staff. You can access certain information available for specific members. This would decrease the risk of accidental errors or malicious use of sensitive data.</p><p>Role-based access also increases the operational efficiency of the system. Staff can carry out the tasks they have to complete during work. This means staff can also be trained more efficiently. Errors are less likely to be made during rush hours.</p><p>It also allows for easier auditing of actions performed. Actions can be associated with a user. A manager would easily monitor his employees' actions. This enhances discipline and transparency.</p>
