When processing an order, staff can choose a predefined Modifier for the customer's item, such as "extra cheese," "no onions," "gluten-free," or "extra bacon." Modifiers can either be added to the item or have a fee associated with them, and are included in both the total amount to be charged at the end of the bill and on the kitchen order ticket (KOT).</p>
