      t_text: <p>The Front of House (FOH) team at a restaurant manages all customer interactions to provide a seamless and pleasant dining experience.</p><p>The areas of a restaurant that are associated with the customers.</p><h2>These usually encompass:</h2><ul><li>Hosts and Hostesses</li><li>Waiters and Waitresses</li><li>Bartenders</li><li>Cashiers</li><li>Dining room managers</li><li>Guest services</li></ul><h2>How Does Front-of-House Work in Restaurants?</h2><p>The Front-of-House team looks after your customer experience from when the customer arrives until they leave.</p><h2>This usually happens as follows:</h2><ul><li>Guests enter and are welcomed by the host.</li><li>Customers are seated or are guided to the ordering area.</li><li>The waiter or waitress takes the order down and sends it through to the kitchen via the <a href="https://plumpos.com/">POS system</a>.</li><li>Food and drinks are brought to the customers.</li><li>Staff will then respond to the customers and sort out any issues throughout the meal.</li><li>Finally, the guests will be brought a bill; they will pay and will leave having finished their experience.</li></ul><p>FOH team and the kitchen must work together.</p>
