It's work like- An employee or cashier closes their shift. The cash drawer is counted manually. The total cash amount is entered into the <a href="https://plumpos.com/">POS system</a>. The system compares the counted amount with the expected cash total. Any overages or shortages are identified. Managers review and investigate discrepancies if necessary. Many restaurants perform reconciliation for each cash drawer separately.</p>
